What if I told you that pole dancing has been my lifeline, my fierce ally through some of the most challenging and defining moments of my life? It has been my unwavering source of strength, guiding me through many professional setbacks and the most significant personal struggles, facing a serious car crash, partner betrayal, loosing my home and parental alienation of my minor daughter, helping me rise again and again when everything seemed to be falling apart.

 

In moments when I was at my lowest—physically exhausted, mentally drained, and emotionally broken—pole dancing became my safe space, my sanctuary. It was the moment I rediscovered my power, the spark that reminded me I am strong, resilient, and worthy. Pole dancing didn’t just help me get fit, look at least 10 years younger or provide a source of healing and self expression; it empowered me to reclaim my confidence, my self-love, and my emotional balance. It helped me rise from the ashes, stronger than before.  For this reason Firebird was the name my estranged daughter gave to my former studio.

 

I share this with you because I believe with all my heart in the transformative power of pole dancing for women. It has been my tool for healing, my voice of empowerment, and my guide to becoming the independent and resilient woman I am today. I feel incredibly privileged to help other women experience the same strength and transformation, to rediscover their bodies, their confidence, and their unstoppable feminine power.
